米大統領、イラク戦争終結を宣言 兵士らを称賛

アメリカのバラク・オバマ大統領は１４日、ノースカロライナ州のフォートブラッグ陸軍基地で、
約９年間続いたイラク戦争の終結を宣言。

やっと終わったのですね。でも、多数の犠牲者がでました。
同時多発テロ攻撃で、犠牲になった人々も帰ってきません。
イラク国内の民間人の死者は推定で１２万人と言われている。
また、アメリカ軍の占領が終わることへの歓喜もあるが、逆に治安維持が不安定になるとの
懸念の声も多数である。
